What got you into music, and if you had not gotten into music what would you be doing today?

Being inspired by Taylor Swift definitely sparked my interest in becoming an artist. But once I started writing my own songs and expressing myself in my lyrics it became a therapy for me that I knew I couldn’t live without!

What do you like to do when you are not playing music and how does that influence your creativity?

When I’m not doing music which is pretty rare LOL I love to be in nature and surround myself with animals especially horses!

How long has music been your career?

I’ve been writing songs and training my voice since I’m eight years old but I started doing it professionally in 2018.

Where are you based out of and how did that influence your music?

I am now based out of LA and living here can be helpful and overwhelming at the same time. I find it helpful because there’s so much inspiration and creativity here. But there are so many artists out here which makes it more challenging to be seen and heard. But with that being said it helps motivate me to be myself and original.

Tell me about the best and worst shows you have played.

I can confidently say I have enjoyed every show I’ve ever played! I think my favorite one is actually the first one I ever did when I was eight or nine years old at a little festival in New Jersey. I sang “Tim McGraw“ by Taylor Swift. I think that’s my favorite show because it made me realize I wanted to do that for the rest of my life. I also discovered The feeling I get when I perform which is one of my favorite feelings in the world.

Tell me about your favorite venue to play at, and do you have any places you want to play that you have not already?

My favorite venue that I’ve played at so far has to be The Mint in LA. It was really exciting to play there because there are so many people I look up to that have performed there. I also really enjoyed having so much space on stage to move around and perform!

My dream stadium is the Staples Center which I think it’s because I’ve attended concerts there for some of my favorite artists and the feeling is absolutely magical.

If you could play any show with any lineup who would be on the ticket?

Definitely Taylor Swift but also Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, and Noah Cyrus Because those are my favorite pop queens!

What is some advice that you would give to someone who is just getting into music?

I would say be yourself and don’t let anything distract you from your goals.

If you could go back in time and give yourself advice, what would it be?

Stop doubting yourself!

Of your songs which one means the most to you and why?

Out of my songs that I have out right now the one that means the most to me is “No Good at Love” this is because it was the first song I ever put out and it’s probably my most personal song as well. I’m very proud of it!

Which songs are your favorite to play and which get requested the most?

Anything by Taylor Swift! Singing her music just makes me feel good all the time! But I do get a lot of Billie Eilish requests.

What is the creative process for you, and what inspires you to write your music?

My creative process consists of lyrics popping into my brain at any time of the day and writing them down immediately and seeing where it takes me. It’s very unpredictable and spontaneous. My personal experiences and emotions usually inspire my music with the occasional 20 something-year-old boy who messed with my heart.

What kinds of messages do you like to get across in your music?

In my music I like to include messages that are inspirational, motivating, and relatable so that I am able to connect with my listeners as much as possible and express myself at the same time.

Do you ever have disagreements when collaborating and how do you get past them?

I think disagreements come up all the time when creating because creative people are very passionate and open minded so ideas can look like anything! We always get past them by being open and honest with each other and siding on what’s best for me as an artist and my brand.

What are your plans for the future, and do you have anything that you want to spotlight that is coming up?

My plans for the future consist of creating tons of music, building a fanbase, performing, connecting with other artists and fans, and just overall growing as an artist!
