What got you into music, and if you had not gotten into music what would you be doing today?

The movies that's how I got into music.

We had a vhs player and one cassette with the movie The untouchables 1987.

The dramatic piano that Ennio Morricone made just blew my mind.

I wanted to do that!

If I didn't have music I would do something creative I think.

What do you like to do when you are not playing music and how does that influence your creativity?

Hmm I work full time as a carpenter now so there is no free time just music.

My ambition is to stop having a full time job.

And workout more.

How long has your band been around?

First Album came out 2004 (Insomnia)

That's the starting point for Processor

Where are you based out of and how did that influence your music?

Processor is based in Örebro/Sweden

Örebro hasn't influenced me at all but Sweden has.

Bands like Kent, Teddybears. Silverbullit

How did you come up with the name of your band and what does it mean to you.

You might think that the band name comes from a Processor in a computer but that’s not the story.

I saw a wood processor harvesting forest and I thought that would be a cool name, so the absolute first pictures of Processor was taken with logs. (lost now) After that it was just Processor (and I know that it is not google friendly)

Tell me about the best and worst shows you have played.

I have never played live with this band.

The ambition is to produce music.

Hook up with other artist and be creative.

What is some advice that you would give to someone who is just getting into playing in a band?

Be kind listen but don't forget yourself

If you could go back in time and give yourselves advice, what would it be?

Know the things you can do and do it well.

Do things on your level and do that better then anybody else.

Then you can do more difficult stuff and pull them of also.

Of your songs which one means the most to you and why?

Royal Leash.

It's the song that got Processor on a Editorial playlist on Spotify.

That was a deal breaker.

Which songs are your favourite to play and which get requested the most?

My favourite is

Mama Load and Victra

Most requested

Royal Leash

What is the creative process for the band, and what inspires you to write your music?

It could start with a great chord or lyrics that function together..

Other people's misery mainly.

What kinds of messages do you like to get across in your music?

I want them to remember the drive of the music.

Do you ever have disagreements in your band, and how do you get past them?

Not that often I usually work alone but in a collaborative or remix it can happen.

Give something so you can take something.

What are your plans for the future, and do you have anything that you want to spotlight that's coming up?

The plan is do more music and release every third week or so.
