What got you into music, and if you had not gotten into music what would you be doing today?

-Well It’s hard to imagine a life without music. Anyway we have a different employment. Fortunately we still working after the crisis

What do you like to do when you are not playing music and how does that influence your creativity?

- We usually make grill-party, hang out with friends and drink some beers.

How long has your band been around?

-The band was born in 2011 in the north of Italy

Where are you based out of and how did that influence your music?

-North of Italy in a region called “Food Valley” we have some legendary bands like Raw Power in our area. And we grew up with the spirit of hardcore.

How did you come up with the name of your band and what does it mean to you?

-We had chosen the name after a night at the pub after many beers. It means “reduce your lifestyle, born a rocker and die like a rocker”

Tell me about your most memorable shows.

-Probably the best show was in Milan few years ago before the Covid situation, shared the stage with Lagwagon. Joey Cape after the set came into our backstage to make some photos and congratulate with us for the show.

What is your favorite venue to play at, and do you have any places you want to play that you have not already?

We would like to play at the Vans Warped Tour. Is a very interesting festival with many bands that we love.

If you could play any show with any lineup, who would be on the ticket?

-Of course Ramones and Rancid

What is some advice that you would give to someone who is just getting into playing in a band and some advice that you would give to your younger self?

-Do it! Music is our weapon to destroy any form of discriminations, against sexism, racism and homophobia,

Of your songs which one means the most to you and why?

“Depression & Disorder” written during the pandemic situation, many people felt in depression about this period. Also some friends passed away.

Which songs are your favorite to play and which get requested the most?

-Probably “Flower Power” it’s one of the first song written in the early years.

What is the creative process for the band, and what inspires you to write your music?

-The singer usually write the lyrics the songs talks about our feelings, problems of our society.

Then we work in the practice room and our recording studio.

What kinds of messages do you like to get across in your music?

-Well we talk about the moments that we live, the society problems, injustices and corruption.

Do you ever have disagreements in your band, and how do you get past them?

-Mmmh we should say NO. (ahah )

What are your plans for the future, and do you have anything that you want to spotlight that is coming up?

-We are looking for European tour or some shows across Europe but as you know with the pandemic situation It,s hard to fix for the near future. We’re gonna play at the end of July in a big festival in Italy with Youth of today and many famous bands
