Interview with G.F.U.

What has been inspiring you lately?

Our tour has been really great so far and it's great seeing new bands that rock and playing in other cities and seeing how different places react to us. The other night we played Hamilton which was a fun show and saw a band called Yung Scumz that we loved from Hamilton. Life is generally inspiring as well, for better or worse but we try to stay inspired by positive things because we want our listeners to walk away feeling good and want our music to have some sort of positive in it. I think you can hear that when you listen to our EP "Grand Slam" - that we are trying to have fun, be positive and push away all the negativity that looms in the world. This weekend we are in Barrie and Meaford and those should be some awesome shows.

Do you have any new singles, videos, or albums out that you would like to tell me and your fans about?

Our ep GLAND SLAM is out now on all streaming platforms and for purchase at bandcamp and the single RATS has a video which is available on youtube. We have gotten a great response to our release and our performances and are excited to release more music.

Do you have anything else that you would like to talk about or promote?

We are starting work on some new songs and plan on doing a follow up to Grand Slam and more frequent releases in general. As well we will be producing more videos. We have our tour going until June accross Ontario and are already planning stuff for summer and fall of 2024. We like to stay ahead.
