What got you into music, and if you had not gotten into music what would you be doing today? I’ve been doing music since a very young age (started with cello at age 3). However in my high school years I spent more time pursuing sports like football, soccer, basketball, and track/cross country. Considering that turned into multiple dead ends for me, what let me back to music was sitting in my truck one night after a playoff football game my senior year. I heard the song “Ticks” by Brad Paisley on the radio and started singing along to it. I realized at that moment I was pretty decent at singing and music ran in both sides of my family. So I decided to give it a shot! If I wasn’t doing music, I’d be doing something in GIS (my degree) or something travel related.
